Some 3D modeling software exports the normal of faces with "Right Handed Axis ". 3D GeniuX support shadow only for objects with "Left Handed Axis ". You can solve the problem in 3D GeniuX with the options "Invert Calculate Shadow" on "Shadow" roolout.

Artifacts on object surface This artifacts follow the structure of polygonal surface, for exaple if you have been created some faces in a wrong way or you have an object with low detail. You can correct the polygonal surface with your modeling software. The objects with transparency does not create a correct shadow 3D GeniuX does not support trasparency surfaces, and it creates a fill solid shadow. |
