Mask Menu

PROCEDURE: using the mask
1- Create a new project: from Project menu, select> New. Load a background image with the “Load Image” button, then select “Create”
2- Load a new 3D object: from Project menu> Import. Load an object or select it from the “Model Libraries” rollout
3- Create a mask: from the Mask menu> Activate Mask Enable mask, then from Mask menu> Visualize Mask
4- Activate the brush: from Mask menu> Brush, clicking on the 3D object with the LEFT button of the mouse, start to define the mask. Where the white track appears, it will leave the 3D object completely transparent.
5- Verify the results: from the Mask menu> Visualize Mask now you can see the results of the brush strokes on the final image.
6- Improve the mask: from the Rollout menu on the right of the interface select “Mask" , then use “Brush Dimension” and “Brush Transparency”. See also “Mask” Rollout

Brush
Draw the mask using the brush tool.

Line
Draw the mask using the line tool.

PROCEEDING: using “Line"
1- From the menu select Mask>Line
2-
Click on the working area with the LEFT button of the mouse and draw the line, click with the RIGHT button of the mouse to exit from comma.

Rectangle
Draw the mask using the rectangle tool.

PROCEEDING: using "Rectangle"
1- Select from the menu Mask> Rectangle
2- Click on the work area with the LEFT button of the mouse and draw the rectangle, click with the RIGHT button of the mouse to close the rectangle.

Closed polygon
Draw the mask using the closed polygon tool.

PROCEEDING: using the Closed Polygon
1- Select from menu Mask> Closed Polygon
2- Click on the work area with the LEFT button of the mouse and draw the polygon, click with the RIGHT button of the mouse to close the polygon.

Fill
Draw the mask using the filling tool.

PROCEEDING: how to use the fill
1- Select from menu Mask> Closed Polygon
2-
Click on the work area with the LEFT button of the mouse and draw the polygon, click with the RIGHT button of the mouse to close the polygon.
3- Select from the Mask menu>Fill, click with the LEFT mouse button into the uncoloured area to fill it with colour.
Please note: it is important that the outline of the area is closed, with no gaps, otherwise the colour will fill up all the entire work area.

Swaps the colours of the Mask
